This week I am weighing in at 167, that is another pound down! For those of you that haven't been following my Nutrisystem journey from the beginning, I started at 195.3 so I have lost a total of 28.3 pounds in 28 weeks. I am so close to that 30 lb Nutri bear! My starting BMI was 34.7 and now I am at 29.6
My realistic "happy" place is between 150 and 145 pounds. I an 5'4" tall and have always had a large chest (even when I was a thin, sports playing teen). I feel like reaching 145/150 will be a good, healthy place for me to be, not swimsuit model material, just a curvy 37 year old woman feeling great.
I've made some new food discoveries again this week, finding a new whole grain sandwich pocket that is low in calories and fat, fits my Nutrisystem profile and tastes great with my chicken breasts and Nutri burgers.
I've been getting so many compliments from the guys at work about my weight loss (it's not sexist, I'm the only woman!) and I've been loving it. I gave one of the other guys and his wife a couple of my meals for them to try and they have already placed an order and are going to be getting healthy with Nutrisystem too!
I have plenty more to say and am excited about some of the new food items that have been added to the Nutrisystem menu, but this post is getting long and I really need to hop in the shower. So, more next week!
