Nutrisystem Week 25 1/2

I'm slowly pulling myself out of the exhaustion that December left me in and promise that I will be back to my normal bloggy self soon. It seems to happen about once every 8 months or so that I just need a break from it, so I can come back refreshed. I think the same thing just happened with my weight loss and with Nutrisystem. (which is why this a week 25 and a half post!)

I did horrible over the holidays. I started out doing great but I think the being off work for close to two weeks and the lack of routine really helped me sabotage myself. I got on the scale last Monday at 173.4. Holy. Cow.

Wednesday I went back to work and promised I'd be full throttle Nutrisystem lifestyle and no cheating. I can happily say that I'm doing great and honestly feel SO much better physically. This morning I was back down to 169. I think I needed that as a wake up call. It reminded me how sluggish and bloated my body feels when I'm putting crappy fuel in it. Now I am following my Nutrisystem plan 100% again and am happier and feel better.

I'm looking forward to the next couple of months, I swear my goal is to be one of those people you see on the Nutrisystem commercials!!

Here was my dinner tonight (and I fully understand some people will think that I'm strange): a serving of lean ham & green beans that I heated up in a skillet then mixed with my Nutrisystem Mac & Cheese.

It's still early and there is plenty of time for you to join me, plus Nutrisystem has some great deals to get you motivated!

But you got right back up on the horse!! Whenever I eat crappy for a few days I get super bloated and the weight comes right back off which is nice in a way but it also means I know I can eat crappy for a few days and it's going to come right back off lol
