Nutrisystem Week 23

Another week and possibly another pound. Anyone else notice their scale bounces a couple days or so before deciding to commit? Or is mine just bipolar like that? I know you aren't actually supposed to weigh yourself more than once a week when you are working on weight loss---I've just never been able to stick to that. I get on the scale nearly every day. This week I've been bouncing between 166.8 and 167.8. That's THIS close to the 30 lb mark!

Everyone already knows how important it is to also take your measurements when losing weight, right? I am less crazy about this and I frequently forget. I did manage to remember this week so:

                        Start (7/8)                     Now            Loss
Upper Arms      13.5                              11              -2.5
Chest                 47.5                              42             -5.5
Waist                 44.5                              38              -6.5
Hips                   44                                 38             -6
Thighs               25.5                              22.5           -3
TOTAL INCHES LOSS                                      23.5 inches

I'm a happy camper! Now to just make it through this last Holiday Week without going "hog" wild! Hopefully next week I'll have enough time and energy left to tell you about some of my new favorite Nutrisystem foods.

Just remember, Nutrisystem is a tool-- it only works if you use it!

Happy Holidays and stay strong!

What's up with the overtake of spam comments??

You are doing great! Measurements were key for me last year because I was gaining muscle at the same time.
