This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Mrs. Smith's for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Ho! Ho! Ho! The holiday season is in full swing for most folk and that means shopping, decorating, wrapping, family get togethers all on top of our normally full and crazy schedules. Then throw in the fact that some of us feel like we need to grace our holiday dinner tables with the best cooking we do all year AND a yummy dessert, well honestly, who has the time for all of that? Half the time I end up sick after the holidays because I've run myself ragged in the weeks before hand.
I recently discovered Mrs. Smith's Signature Deep Dish pies. Now I'm one of the crazy ones that thinks everything has to be made from scratch for the holidays, but I was offered a chance to try these pies and thought, hey it coulnd't hurt.
Mrs. Smith's has four different pre-made pies that you take from the freezer and pop into the oven, No muss, no fus. I have found in the past that frozen pies often look and taste like frozen pies so I was a bit skeptical. I picked up Peach, Apple and Cherry varieties-- couldn't find pumkin anywhere, maybe because Thanksgiving just passed.
Yummy Peach
The pies come out of the box already looking as if they are handmade, you place them on a baking sheet and pop into the over. Approximately 50 minutes later, you pull them out and have a pie I swear your Grandma wouldn't know was store bought
.
Decadent Cherry
Another great aspect of Mrs. Smith's Signature Deep Dish Pies is that they have "special" touches. The Cherry comes with a pouch of decadant Butter Fudge sauce you can drizzle on top. The apple has a crumb topping that you add about halfway through baking, and I customized it even further by adding in butterscotch chips, then I drizzled the included caramel toppig over the finished product.

My favortie is the Apple and let's just say that I am fairly certain my diet is shot for this week!
Connect with Mrs. Smith on Facebook and Pinterest for more ideas. I found my pies at my local Walmart but you can also check to find retailers near you.
