Hey readers! Another week down on Nutrisystem. I am still making progress, just a little slower than I was and a little slower than I would like. I have to keep reminding myself that it is not a race, I'll get there eventually. (plus I have good reasons, which I will explain in a bit).
I swear I am still learning something new almost daily, still enjoy the Nutrisystem foods and am looking forward to my latest frozen shipment. I'm getting a different box of goodies and a bunch of them are brand new to me! Can't wait to try them out :)
My progress has slowed down, as I said above and it is tough. Blogging about my weight and being supported by Nurtrisystem and my readers is both great and hard. Knowing that I have accountability and support keeps me on track when I would normally slip up. Having cheerleaders in the form of readers is also fantastic. The hard part is I put alot of pressure on myself because I feel like I'm letting my readers or Nutrisystem down when I don't do as well as I think I should be.
Some of you may remember last year, I mentioned finding out that I had several d\amaged discs in my neck and back. January and February I had a series of epidurals that really helped me. Unfortunately, it seems they have worn off. I'm in quite a bit of upper back & neck pain and my arms frequently go numb. Needless to say my work outs have tapered off quit a bit and with the weather heading into winter I'm not getting enough outdoor activity.
I'm doing the best I can, I have a specialist appointment scheduled and hope to be able to do another series of epidurals. In the meantime I am sticking to my Nutrisystem plan and just have to accept a little bit slower progress.
