Havaianas Shoes

I'm always on the hunt for cute yet comfortable shoes. It's easy to find either cute or comfortable but another thing alltogether to find both in one pair. I recently discovered havaianas and think I may have hit jackpot here.

Havaianas got there beginning way back in 1962, so they have had plenty of time to perfect their art! The first pairs were inspired by Zori, the Japanese sandals made of fabric straps and rice straw soles and this is the reason that all havaianas now have a textured rice pattern. Over the years, havaianas have changed, grown and continued to create new and unique designs that are coveted around the globe.

Now I know winter is creeping in on much of the country and while I may not be wearing flip flops to the grocery store, you find me in them around the house. I hate walking in bare feet and can usually be found putzing around in my favorite pair of flip flops.  Here are a couple of my favorites:
Havaianas Spring Sandal $24

Havaianas Slim Geometric Sand Grey/ Golden Sun $50

Super cute right? Not only do they have gorgeous sandals for men, women, babies and brides, but they also have a variety of sneakers, espadrilles and even some rain boots.

Mathew Williamson Rain Boots

These are just a sampling of the many options that havaianas offers and I'm sure that everyone would be able to find something that suited his or her taste! Want to pick up a pair for a holiday gift but not sure exactly which ones to go with? Havaianas now offers gift cards, so you just pop one in a stocking!
