Do you like to support family owned American businesses? I try to whenever possible and that is one of the (many) reasons I like Goose Creek Candle Co. Husband and wife, Chuck and Tamara (who met in high school) began the now bustling facility located in Kentucky back in 1997 as a sole proprietorship, hand pouring candles from home. Now thousands of Goose Creek candles are manufactured and shipped around the world weekly and can be found in stores throughout the US and Europe.
Goose Creek has a large variety of candles including; various size glass jar candles, pillars, scented wax melts, decorated jar candles, auto cards and room sprays. I really can't even begin to detail the variety of candles, collections and scents here, there are just so many to choose from, but I can say that you will definitely find what you are looking for when shopping with them.

I was sent a 16oz American Heirloom Candle for review. Since I'm so indecisive I told them to surprise me with the scent (seriously, I'd still be trying to pick just one!). I don't know what I did with my brain, but I was thinking that 16oz would be a small candle so I was really excited when I opened the extremely well packed box and found this:

The multi-side cut glass jar is charmingly old fashioned and the polished & embossed silver is a nice accent touch to any room. As soon as I removed to the lid I was able to smell the mouthwatering aroma before even lighting it. Blueberry Passion is a mixture of fruity blueberries with a hint of cheesecake and graham crackers. The smell will have you wanting to dip a spoon in the jar for a taste, but that probably isn't a great idea *wink*.
The candles are double wicked, which is something I normally try to look for in a large candle as it gives you a clean, even burn, instead of a hole right down the middle! Burn time for a 16oz jar is approximately 90 hours. That is quite a bit of Blueberry Passion scented heaven in your home for the very reasonable price of $20.
