I have slowly repainted and re-decorated all the rooms in this house since we moved in except for my "den" and it really needs done, you can see how faded it is by the spots where my grandparents had pictures hanging for years. The other rooms I painted, tatouaged, used vinyl wall art and so on, but I didn't want that in this room. This is where I do all my blogging, hide from the hubby to read and relax. It's a small room and I wanted something warm and cozy but not busy.  So when I got the chance to review the U-Stripe It design tool it was like a light bulb went off in my head. I could do a cream background and have wide chocolate stripes for an elegant yet cozy feel (the room is small so I needed to break up the darker color)

I found the U-Stripe It tool to be very well made and once I watched the video it was very simple to understand. Much easier than say taking a tape measure and a pencil to mark off where you think the lines should go, only to realize that at least one of them is off! I did find that it was much easier to do the taping with two people, one to hold the tool and one to tape.
